The constellation of Taurus is located in the zodiac and has a bright star called Aldebaran, which shows the angry and bloody eye of Taurus.
A group of stars in V form, which start near Aldebran, are called Hyades (star cluster) and form the face of Taurus.
In this constellation, the nose and snout of Taurus can be imagined. Hyades is an open, dimly lit star cluster about 120 light-years away.
Thor shoulders are formed by Pleiades. The constellation of Taurus has a special effect because of this beautiful cluster.
Pleiades is similar to Ursa Minor, but smaller and more compact than
the seven stars in which it is clearly visible.
According to mythology, the cluster of Pleiades was the seven mighty sisters of Atlas, followed by the sky hunter , who turned into seven doves to save him.

نیشابور و صور فلکی
صورت فلکی گاو ( ثور ) ، در منطقه البروج قرار دارد و دارای یک ستاره درخشان به نام دبران است که چشم خشمناک و خونین‌رنگ ثور را نمایش می‌دهد
گروهی از ستارگان به شکل وی که از نزدیکی دبران شروع می‌شوند، قلائص نام دارند و صورت ثور را درست می‌کنند
در این صورت فلکی ، می‌توان بینی و پوزهٔ ثور را مجسم نمود. قلائص، خوشهٔ ستاره‌ای باز و کم نوری بوده و حدود ۱۲۰ سال نوری از ما فاصله دارد
شانه‌های ثور را خوشه پروین تشکیل می‌دهد. صورت فلکی ثور به خاطر این خوشهٔ زیبا، جلوهٔ خاصی دارد
خوشهٔ پروین، شبیه به دب اصغر، ولی کوچک‌تر و فشرده‌تر از آن است که هفت ستاره در آن به وضوح دیده می‌شود
بر طبق اساطیر، خوشهٔ پروین ، هفت خواهران اطلس نیرومند بودند که جبار شکارچی به دنبالشان بود و برای نجات از دست وی، به صورت هفت کبوتر در آمدند
همان طوری که ذکر شد این صورت فلکی در منطقه البروج قرار دارد . و خردادماه خورشید در این صورت فلکی است
صورت فلکی ثور را در بیشتر ماهها می‌توان مشاهده کرد اما بهترین موقعیت و بیشترین مدت شبانه برای مشاهده آن آذرماه می‌باشد
در تصویر علاوه بر ثور ، صور فلکی ، جبار ، سگ بزرگ ( کلب اکبر ) و قسمتی از برساووش نیز دیده می شود
