One of the brightest galaxies seen in the sky is the Galaxy (Messier 81 or NGC 3031).
The galaxy is about 12 million light-years away from us in the constellation Ursa Major.
This spiral galaxy is about the size of the Milky Way, due to its location in the sky and its active core.
Also, its range in the night sky, and its low magnitude, is an attractive subject for amateurs.
The 82nd object on the Messie list (NGC 3034) is known as the Cigarette Galaxy because of its appearance.
This galaxy has a strange appearance next to the Cigar galaxy, about 12 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.
This galaxy is several times brighter than the Milky Way and is important because of the collapse of heavy stars in it.

کهکشان بوده و سیگار
یکی از درخشان‌ترین کهکشان‌هایی که در آسمان دیده می‌شود ، کهکشان بوده (مسیه ۸۱ یا ان جی سی ۳۰۳۱) است
این کهکشان در فاصله حدودی 12 میلیون سال نوری از ما و در صورت فلکی خرس بزرگ قرار دارد
این کهکشان مارپیچی تقریبا هم اندازه کهکشان راه شیری است و به خاطر مکانش در آسمان و هسته ی فعالی که دارد
و همچنین گستره ی آن در آسمان شب ، و قدر پایین آن ، سوژه ای جذاب برای آماتورها محسوب می شود
هشتاد و دومین جرم در فهرست مسیه ( ان جی سی ۳۰۳۴ ) به سبب شکل ظاهری اش مشهور به کهکشان سیگار است
این کهکشان با ظاهری عجیب در کنار کهکشان بوده و در فاصله حدودی 12 میلیون سال نوری از ما و در صورت فلکی خرس بزرگ قرار دارد
این کهکشان چندین بار درخشان تر از راه شیری است و بخاطر رمبش ستاره های سنگین در آن از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است
